Request Account Deletion – ViHi

1. Introduction

ViHi is a video-based hiring platform operated by Neosenth India Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This page explains how you can request that your ViHi account and associated data be deleted.

If you wish to delete your account and the data we hold about you, please follow the steps below.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your ViHi account and associated data using either of the following methods:

Method 1: In the ViHi App

  1. Open the ViHi mobile application
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Delete Account
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm

Method 2: By Email

  1. Send an email to [email protected]
  2. Use the subject line: “Delete my account”
  3. Include the email address associated with your ViHi account
  4. We will process your request and confirm once deletion is complete

3. Data We Delete

When you request account deletion, we remove the following data from our active systems:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number
  • Profile Information: Profile photo, bio, skills, experience, portfolio links
  • Video Content: Video profiles, video introductions, video messages
  • User Communications: Messages between users
  • Usage Data: Features used, interaction history

4. Data We May Retain

In certain circumstances, we may retain some information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Legal and Regulatory Records: Information required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements
  • Anonymized or Aggregated Data: Data that cannot identify you, used for analytics or platform improvement
  • Payment Records: Transaction records as required by tax or financial regulations

5. Retention Period

After you request account deletion, your data is removed from our active systems promptly. Permanent deletion typically occurs within 30 days.

Any data we are required to retain for legal or regulatory purposes will be kept only for the minimum period mandated by applicable law.
